Airsoft Lingwick is not responsible for any misuse, injury, or damage resulting from improper use of our products. Always use appropriate protective gear and follow all safety guidelines.
3. Compliance with Canadian Law

4. Shipping Policy
We ship within Canada only. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Airsoft Lingwick is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Final sale items are non-refundable.
6. Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
7. Limitation of Liability
Airsoft Lingwick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Waranty Voids
We strongly Encourage you to use high end BBs ONLY Like BLS listed on this website!
- Any BBs that are purchased from big reatailers such as Canadian tire, Walmart etc....
- Any BBs that the quality falls below BLS BBs
- Improper use of the item you have purchased
- Product failure due to unauthorized modification
11. Batteries
NO WARANTY coverage on Lipo Batteries due to commom user error!
